REGISTRATION FEES:
$85.00 for the
first player from a family, $50.00
for each additional player from that
family.
Please fill out
the following forms and bring them
to registration along with 3 proofs
of residence and ORIGINAL birth
certificate.

In
accordance with National Little
League rules, players
must provide
(3) proofs
of residence and an
original birth certificate*.
This is true even for returning
players.
THERE ARE
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Valid proofs
of residence include:
current lease
agreement
current mortgage documents
current cable or electric bill

We
will not accept water
bills, your phone bill (unless your
name and address is visible),
checks.
We
will not accept
baptismal certificates in lieu of
birth certificates.
We
will not accept
photocopies of a birth certificate.
If you do
not have the correct items when you
come in to register, your
application will not
be processed and you will be sent
away until you have the proper
documents. Please fill out
the Registration and Medical Release
forms for each player (these forms
can be completed online, printed and
hand delivered). If you would like
to coach, manage or be an umpire you
will also need to fill out a
Volunteer Application.
Remember
every team needs umpires and
scorekeepers so please volunteer.
* Since we do not keep copies of
birth certificates, we must
check the original birth
certificates each year for
all players.
